Sleeping at SFU

So, yesterday, there was so much snow on Burnaby Mountain that 40 students got snowed in. Simon Fraser University provided sleeping bags and they all slept in the gym. My question is, where did all those sleeping bags come from? I have never been aware of a stash of sleeping bags at the school, and if there are such sleeping bags, are they clean? Does someone wash these bags before and after using them? I've been tossing these queries in my head all day... I mean, I'm sure the students were just thankful to have a place to stay and some blankets to keep warm, but I still wonder.
