My sweetheart brought me a wonderful bouquet of tulips for my birthday yesterday. I really love tulips. They're sitting so prettily in a vase at home now. I like how tulips are so colourful and how they bend outwards in a vase. They are lively and do not obey the rule of standing upright in a vase. As they grow older, the petals become almost transparent.
